ADJUSTMENTS
OF RATES
The Hotel reserves the right to
adjust rates within the contract period in events such as tax alterations,
introduction or withdrawal of new or existing taxes and/or levies by government
and/or by tourism law and any services charge amendments.
RESERVATION
PROCEDURES
a) Reservations
may be made through e -mail. Reservations made through the telephone must be
subsequently supported by e- mail
DAYUSE
POLICY / LATE CHECK-OUT
a) The
rate for Day use will be 75% of one night room charge from 09h00 to 18h00. If
check our time is after 18h00, one night room charge will be applied.
b) The Hotel
shall charge 50% of one night room rate for any late checkout at or before
18h00 (Local Time) and the full contracted room rate for any check-out after
18h00 (Local Time).
c) The
Hotel shall charge 50% of one night room rate for any check-in at 07h00 (Local Time) and the full contracted
room rate for any check-in before 07h00 (Local Time).
d) Any
request for early check-in or late check-out, will be subject to the Hotel’s
sole discretion, which shall be based on Hotel’s room availability on the
relevant day.
e) Any
request for extension of stay till 18h00 on complimentary basis is subject to
availability and at the discretion of the Hotel.
CHILD
POLICY
a) Children
who are 4 years of age or younger will not be charged for sharing the same room
as the parent(s) subject to the existing bedding arrangement of a maximum of
two adults and 2 child to a room.
b) Children
who are between 4 to 8 years of age will not be charged for sharing the same
room as the parent(s) with extra bed subject to the existing bedding
arrangement of a maximum with one extra bed only . The charges for breakfast of
4 to 8 years old child will be 50% of normal breakfast rate.
c) Children
above 8 years of age shall be considered adults for the purpose of all
reservations and payment. The charge for a extra bed will be USD 25 US$ as per night including breakfast.

COMPLIMENTARY
ROOMS POLICY
a) A
group comprises a minimum of ten (10) paying rooms and above.
b) For every
group reservation, ten (10) paying rooms the hotel will grant one (1)
complimentary room including breakfast. Hotel
has the right to decide type of complimentary room. All complimentary room shall be used while
the relevant group is in the Hotel. This concession is non-accumulative for
each different group and cannot be exchanged for cash rebates and/or carried
forward for future use.
MEALS
Meal rate exclude all beverages and
are not application to Room Service Orders.

Culinary Team will ensure that your client’s expectations will be exceeded.

Set Lunch US$ 12.00 per person
Set Dinner US$ 12.00 per person

PAYMENT
(FIT / GIT)
a) Payment after check out
CANCELLATION
Written
notice of any of the above must reach the Hotel (Cancellation
will complete only after
acknowledgement by e- mail from
hotel reservation to Travel & Tour company).
GIT
a) From 14 – 8 days
prior to arrival, the Travel Company have to pay 75% of each cancelled room per
night.
b) Within 8 days prior to arrival, the
Travel Company have to pay 100% of each cancelled
room per night.
FIT
a) From 14-07 days prior
to arrival, the Travel Company have to pay 50% of each cancelled room per
night.
b) Within 07 days prior to arrival, the
Travel Company have to pay 100% of each cancelled
room per night.
Note.
Banks charges for payment by Bank transfer should cover by
Travel & Tour company and not by beneficiary.

EARLY
DEPARTURE
Travel agent must notify the Hotel
by email for any cancellation. In the event of early departure or reduction in
confirmed room reservations within the mentions notice periods, the Hotel
reserves the right to charge a late cancellation with 100% Payment for night.
NO
SHOWS
No show fee equivalent to the total
contracted arrangement
OTHER
MATTERS
Contract rates should not appear on
internet, website or direct sales to guests.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information contained in this
document is strictly private and confidential and may not be disclosed to third
parties for whatever reason or purpose.
INDEMNITY
The Tour Operator shall responsible
at all times of the behavior of any member of any booking(s) and for ensuring
that any member of any relevant booking(s) abide by the Hotel’s rules and
regulations for the time being in force of the Hotel. The wholesaler herby
undertakes to indemnify and to keep indemnified the Hotel Company and the Hotel
against any claim, loss (including loss of profit) damage, cost or expenses and
cost resulted directly from the gross negligence or willful default of the Hotel
Company and/or the Hotel.
SEVERABILITY
In the event of any provision of
this Agreement or any part of it is determined to be invalid, unlawful or
unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be deleted without
affecting the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
